3. Platform Limitations and Role Clarification  

eQuote360.com's sole function is to connect buyers with potential suppliers. We make no guarantee that suppliers will respond to buyer requests or that buyers will receive any quotes. As eQuote360.com operates exclusively as a connection platform, we:

DO NOT:  

1. Provide, perform, or oversee any construction work, metal building supply, or building permit services
2. Create, review, approve, or guarantee any quotes provided by suppliers
3. Participate in negotiations between buyers and suppliers
4. Guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, or competitiveness of any quotes provided by suppliers
5. Verify the credentials, licensing, qualifications, or financial standing of any suppliers or buyers
6. Accept responsibility for any agreements, contracts, transactions, or relationships between buyers and suppliers
7. Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or code compliance of any work performed by suppliers
8. Provide any warranties or guarantees regarding supplier performance or buyer satisfaction
9. Handle payments, escrow services, or financial transactions between parties
10. Resolve disputes between buyers and suppliers

WE ONLY:  

1. Provide a platform for buyers to post their project specifications
2. Share buyer contact information and project details with interested suppliers
3. Allow suppliers to choose which projects they wish to quote
4. Facilitate initial connections between buyers and suppliers

4. Information Sharing and Consent  

For Buyers:  

• Your contact information, project details, and specifications will be shared with suppliers who choose to quote your project


• Suppliers may contact you directly via phone, email, mail, or other reasonable means


• You will deal directly with suppliers for all quotes, negotiations, and work arrangements


• eQuote360.com is not involved in any communications beyond the initial connection

For Suppliers:  

• You have access to buyer contact information and project details solely for the purpose of providing quotes


• You must handle all communications, quotes, and work arrangements directly with buyers


• eQuote360.com is not involved in your quote preparation, pricing, or service delivery

5. User Responsibilities  

5.1 Buyer Responsibilities:  

• Verifying supplier credentials, licensing, insurance, and qualifications


• Evaluating and comparing quotes received from suppliers


• Negotiating terms and conditions directly with suppliers


• Entering into contracts or agreements with chosen suppliers


• Ensuring all work complies with applicable building codes and regulations


• Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals


• Managing all aspects of your project and supplier relationships


• Conducting due diligence before engaging any supplier

5.2 Supplier Responsibilities:  

• Ensuring proper licensing, insurance, and qualifications for services offered


• Providing accurate, complete, and competitive quotes


• All communications and negotiations with buyers


• Performing all contracted work to industry standards and applicable codes


• Managing your business relationships and reputation


• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your service area

6. Privacy and Data Sharing  

Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions indicates that you expressly consent to:

• The sharing of your contact information and project details with relevant suppliers (for buyers)


• The sharing of your business information with potential buyers (for suppliers)

7. Platform Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The performance, quality, or safety of any work performed by suppliers


• Any delays, defects, code violations, or other issues with supplier performance


• Any financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from buyer-supplier relationships


• Any misrepresentations or false information provided by suppliers or buyers

7.2 Platform-Only Service  

You expressly acknowledge that eQuote360.com:

• Operates solely as a connection platform with no involvement in actual services


• Does not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any suppliers or buyers


• Makes no representations about the suitability of any supplier for your project


• Has no control over supplier pricing, availability, or service quality

7.3 Dispute Resolution  

In the event of any dispute with suppliers or buyers connected through our platform, you must resolve such disputes directly with the other party. You hereby waive any right against eQuote360.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns for any damages or claims of any kind arising from:

8. "AS IS" Platform Service

Platform Functionality:  

• That suppliers will respond to buyer requests

Express Disclaimer:

• Any disputes with suppliers or buyers


• Your violation of these terms


• Any misrepresentation of information you provide on the platform

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for any disputes arising from platform use.

Use of this platform is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms.

12. Statute of Limitations  

Any claims related to platform use must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever barred.
